Birth Doula Package

My goal is to assist and accompany you during the transformative journey into parenthood with a non-judgmental, safe, and positive birth experience. My philosophy is to honor the unique differences in laboring people and how they choose to birth. My approach as a doula is to intuitively listen to my clients' needs, be it through: massage, focused breathing & visualization, advocacy, or simply holding space for them, as well, as their partner. 

Birth Doula services include:

•  Free meet + greet consultation: We will learn more about each other and decide whether to work together.

• Up to two prenatal visits: Discuss your birth desires, write a birth plan together, review preferences and comfort techniques, and help prepare you and your partner for childbirth as best as possible. As well, there will be an open dialogue of your current physical and emotional feelings.

•  Labor support: Beginning at the point you feel you need my support. I will meet you at home, birthing center, or hospital. I will be with you for your entire birth until you are settled and comfortable post-birth. Post-birth I will answer any questions and assist with breastfeeding. 

• One postpartum visit: During this time I will help you process the birth, establish successful breast/chest feeding, discuss postpartum herbal remedies and meal ideas, baby-carrying, and answer any further questions you may have regarding postpartum care.

• Support available via phone or email at the time of hire and will be on 24 hour call starting at 37th gestational week. 

• Support available via phone or email up to 12 weeks after childbirth.
